The firm handles the tax structuring of transactions, in addition to tax litigation, and has represented clients before the Czech Republic Supreme Court, in disputes concerning VAT and income tax. Vladimír Hejduk heads the group and focuses on tax compliance matters. At the associate level, Simona Mlýnek Štursová covers consultancy work in connection with property and personal income tax.
