ROWAN LEGAL’s TMT department is co-led by Josef Donát, who brings expertise in advising on cloud-based applications and tech outsourcing projects; Michal Nulícek, who focuses on data protection and regulatory issues; and Jan Tomíšek, who specialises in 5G network and cybersecurity matters. The group fields extensive experience in representing domestic and international entities in litigation, IT contractual matters and licensing work. Digital transformation cases have been prominent in the team's recent workload.
