Kromann Reumert is well-regarded among Danish banks, major international financial institutions and private equity funds, routinely advising on complex matters including acquisition and leveraged finance work, corporate-based financings, structured and secured financings, real estate financings, and derivatives issues, among others. Two lawyers jointly head up the department: international financing expert Thomas Kaas and Peter Schiøler Skaaring, who specialises in financing transactions. Kaas is a go-to name for all aspects of complex transactions including investment grade lending, leveraged finance matters and workouts. From the firm's London base, Mette Riber Rasmussen advises both lenders and borrowers on finance and other banking matters as well as restructurings, including investment grade lending, leverage d finance issues and ship finance mandates.
