The team also leverages the firm’s strength in M&A and private equity to provide expert advice on acquisition finance matters. Corporate finance expert Henning Aasmul-Olsen leads the team and comes recommended for his work in the space, while highly respected banking and finance lawyer Morten Krogsgaard joined the firm from Bech-Bruun in October 2023.
