Moalem Weitemeyer’s team is well equipped to handle a broad range of banking and finance matters, including project financings, bond issues and regulatory matters. The team also leverages close ties with the firm’s M&A team to advise on complex acquisition financing mandates, which forms a bedrock of the practice’s work. Morten Krogsgaard, who joined from Bech-Bruun in October 2023, leads the team and has extensive expertise in syndicated and private debt transactions.
