Work highlights

  • Acted as lead English and Danish counsel to TDC NET in connection with two offerings of in total €1bn sustainability-linked notes under TDC NET’s €3.5bn EMTN Programme listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
  • Acted as sole counsel to European Energy in connection with a comprehensive green debt capital markets transaction, comprising a tender offer for €150m existing hybrid green bonds, an offering of €100m new hybrid green bonds and an offering of €75m new senior green bonds.
