Lassen Ricard handles major litigation and arbitration work as well as ad hoc mediation, and is particularly adept at copyright and media disputes. Peter Lambert is frequently appointed as arbitrator, and has appeared before the Supreme Court and CJEU. Lambert co-heads the practice with Henrik Schütze and Jørgen Bek Weiss Hansen; Schütze appears before international arbitration tribunals involving offshore projects, as well as before the Copyright License Tribunal, while Weiss Hansen has extensive experience in technology-related disputes.
