Lundgrens‘ energy and supply department advises public and private energy stakeholders in Denmark and the EU on all aspects of energy and utility law, from obtaining approvals and other regulatory matters to business contracts, negotiations, and disputes. The team is focused on the wind and solar sectors including assisting with offshore and onshore wind farms and the establishment of solar cell plants. Department head Betina Wichmann’s expertise ranges from handling commercial contracts to advising on EU regulations regarding renewable energy.
