  • Advised Swedish telecoms company Telia on all legal matters relating to the DKK 6.25 billion sale of its Danish business to Norlys, Denmark's largest integrated energy and telecoms group.

Martin André Dittmer is the Managing Partner at Gorrissen Federspiel and heads the firm's EU & Competition practice group and advises our clients on all competition law issues. Martin's practice has particular focus on merger control in M&A transactions, and he has been involved in some of the most complex Danish mergers dealt with by the European Commission and the Danish competition authorities over the past years. Martin also works with regulatory matters and advises on competition law issues specific to the media industry, including telecommunications companies.

Kristian Helge Straton-Andersen has worked within competition law for more than 15 years and advises on all areas of Danish and EU competition law. Kristian also advises on foreign direct investments. Kristian has extensive experience with merger control work, including more than 100 merger notifications to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, the European Commission, and foreign competition authorities. He advises clients on distribution agreements and other cooperation of a horizontal or vertical nature as well as conduct by dominant undertakings.  He has extensive experience within the maritime sector, having advised ship owners and managers in this area since 2007.  He represents clients before the Danish competition authorities, the Danish Competition Appeals Tribunal, and the European Commission.
