Work highlights

  • Defended Swedish rail freight incumbent, Green Cargo AB, in an alleged abuse of dominance investigation (refusal to provide access to essential facility) formally initiated by the Swedish Competition Authority. The authority dropped the investigation after 22 months.
  • Advised NNIT A/S on all merger control, antitrust and FDI aspects as well as public procurement issues in connection with agreements with public entities of its carve-out and sale of its infrastructure business to Capital Fund Agilitas in a deal valued at DKK 1.35 billion.
  • Advised Infosys Limited on all merger control and FDI aspects of USD 450m outsourcing agreement with Danske Bank A/S.
