Lars Grøngaard primarily assists Danish private and public creditors with the collection of their outstanding balances. In this connection, Lars has acted as trustee in a very large number of bankruptcy estates and he has also been the administrator in several reconstruction cases. Lars Grøngaard acts as trustee in bankruptcy estates and as reconstruction administrator in re-structuring proceedings. Also, Lars advice in relation to succession and handles estates of de-ceased persons.

Kristian Gammelgaard Møller advises clients on insolvency and private client matters. As for insolvency matters, Kristian advises financial institutions and other clients which face the challenge of insolvent customers or suppliers or where a client faces claims from a bankruptcy estate. Where insolvency leads to bankruptcy or restructuring proceedings, Kristian will administer the bankruptcy estate or the restructuring proceedings. In the private client area, Kristian advises on ownership structures, succession planning and prenuptial agreements, just as Kristian handles estates of deceased persons and provides advice to the beneficiaries. In addition, Kristian assists with division of property, and he has experience in setting up and advising funds. Kristian has knowledge and experience within the challenges in relation to succession and divorce, which international families may face. He can assist in preventing such challenges or handle the challenges in the best way possible, once occurred. In addition to law, Kristian has a special interest in financial matters and he has completed the Graduate Programme in Business Administration (Financing). Morten Hans Jakobsen's practice concentrates on the handling of distressed companies and on advising the transport sector with special focus on aviation, aircraft financing and ship financing but also financing in general. Morten's insolvency practice is particularly centered around restructuring but also includes all other aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency law. As regards transport, Morten renders advice to airline companies and the large shipping companies, but his practice also extends to rendering assistance and advice in relation to leasing, purchase/sale, regulatory issues, passenger rights, accidents, maintenance, registration, arrest, repossession and insurance matters.

John specialises in distressed companies, focussing on both reconstruction, including voluntary arrangements, and winding up financially distressed companies and advice to creditors. John has extensive knowledge of and hands-on experience with all aspects of Danish bankruptcy and reconstruction law and also acts as a liquidator, reconstruction administrator and trustee.
