Work highlights
- Advising the Unsecured Creditor’s Committee on all Danish legal matters in relation to the pending chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of the SAS Group.
- Assisting Ausmark ApS with the voluntary solvent liquidation of the company behind the Danish chain of Domino’s Pizza restaurants, following their decision to withdraw all their activities in Denmark, including approx. 30 restaurants.
- Appointed as trustee of Kurt Skare Holding ApS in bankruptcy. The company acted as top holding company for the Skare Group, a major Danish meat production/slaughterhouse operator with yearly revenue exceeding 1 billion DKK of which almost all the companies were declared bankrupt in February 2023.
