  • Advised global taste and nutrition company Kerry Group plc on their acquisition of the global lactase enzymes business of Chr. Hansen A/S as well as a related manufacturing facility in China, from Novozymes A/S, in a competitive carve-out transaction. The transaction involved the assignment of a large number of patents, trademarks and related intellectual property rights. Further, the transaction also involved the assignment of a number of IP-related agreements, including agreements relating to R&D development projects with third parties.
  • Assisted the trustee of Lauritz.com under bankruptcy with the sale and transfer of the trademarks owned by the online auction house, lauritz.com under bankruptcy, and the deregistration of security in the trademarks.
  • Acted for Clear Channel Danmark A/S before the Court of Appeal of Eastern Denmark. The case was appealed by the Danish Competition Council following a decision of 10 November 2021 from the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court to partially annul the previous decisions by the Competition Council and the Competition Appeals Tribunal.
