  • Assisting British American Tobacco in a case against the Danish Ministry of Health concerning a Danish law introducing several new measures against e-cigarettes, tobacco heating products and nicotine pouches, including plain packaging, characterising flavour ban, retail display ban and advertising ban.
  • Successfully represented Sonion in multiple ongoing preliminary injunction proceedings against, among others, Huawei and Sony for infringement of Sonion's patent and utility models protecting an inventive voice pick up bone conductor to be used in noise cancellation systems in ear pods.
  • Represents Novo Nordisk A/S, Leo Pharma and H. Lundbeck in a case regarding the implications of the Falsified Medicines Directive on parallel import, which deals with the question of whether parallel importers are entitled to repack parallel imported products into new packages or if they are obliged to relabel the products. This question was brought before the CJEU (Court of Justice of European Union), which agreed with the standpoint of H.
