Attorney, partner, admitted to the Supreme Court. Highly experienced, international corporate lawyer and arbitrator, both as chairman of arbitral tribunals and as arbitrator appointed by a party. Appointed by the Minister for Economic and Business affairs as member of a group of financial experts, where Steen Lassen investigated whether the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority complied with applicable legislation during the period 1999-2005. In that connection Steen Lassen inspected the ten largest financial institutions in Denmark. Appointed by the Minister for Culture as member of the committee that prepared legislation on the preservation of evidence in connection with the infringement of intellectual property rights (1999-2000). Legal advisor to the Danish prime minister before the tax allowance investigation commission, legal advisor to the speaker of the Danish Parliament in relation to the Farum investigation commission, and legal advisor to the Permanent Secretary of State in relation to the Stateless Commission investigation. Recommended within the areas of intellectual property, media and entertainment law (by Legal 500) and technology, media and telecommunications law (by Chambers).

Henrik Schütze

Henrik's speciality is primarily commercial law, and he advises and represents Danish and international companies and organisations within multiple areas. Henrik advises on such subjects as strategies for protection or exploitation of rights under the Copyright, Trademark, Patent and Marketing Acts; publishing agreements; music company agreements; all aspects of contracting within the construction law area; agreements on the performance of geothermal drilling projects; agreements on gas sales in and transportation of gas from the Danish fields in the North Sea; agreements on the development of IT solutions for both the private and public sectors; the provisions of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data and the Executive Order on Security; purchase and sale of companies and company law in general; procurement law; and contracting law in general.  Henrik is a highly experienced litigator, and in recent years he has spent most of his time on court and arbitration cases, including international arbitration cases regarding offshore projects, where the court language is English. He is also a certified arbitrator and takes an interest in mediation, having recently qualified as a building and construction mediator.

Kristina Blichfeldt Lautrup

Attorney, partner. Kristina has many years' experience in EU and competition law, and in marketing and intellectual property law, especially copyright law. Kristina takes part in the legal and secretariat functions for UBO, and in this context provides advice to a large number of Danish and foreign TV stations on third-party exploitation of TV-station content in the Nordic countries, including on the interface between copyright law and competition law. Kristina also provides advice on the primary acquisition of rights by TV stations in relation to employees, producers, sports events organisers and other rightholders. In addition, Kristina assists TV stations in relation to hearings on EU regulation and legislative amendments within copyright law in Denmark as well as in Norway. Through her work Kristina has gained considerable insight into the Nordic extended collective licence system; as an example, she has provided advice to the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture on the regulation of collective management organisations. Kristina has taught family law and the law of wills and succession at University of Copenhagen, and she provides advice to clients on succession issues, including estate planning, and she assists in connection with the administration of estates of deceased persons.
