Advised A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S on its largest real estate development, involving the creation of a unified headquarters and campus on a newly acquired property, with a total land area of 8,564m² and existing buildings of 8,321m².
Advised Carlsberg Byen P/S on the ongoing development of the 600,000m² Carlsberg Byen, including the sale of five newly built commercial properties to ATP.
Advised the Technical University of Denmark on developing the undeveloped sections of its large campus in Lyngby, encompassing approximately 1,000,000m² of land and 506,600m² of floor area.
