  • Advised the owners of Martin Bencher (Scandinavia) A/S with the sale of all shares in Martin Bencher (Scandinavia) A/S and its foreign subsidiaries to Maersk Logistics & Services International A/S.
  • Assisting the Ferry Secretariat, on behalf of its 18 member municipalities operating more than 25 small to mid-size Danish ferries, with a public tender project which will fundamentally change the way in which public procurement and construction of ferries will take place over the coming decades.
