Kromann Reumert

Kromann Reumert advises on all aspects of telecoms law, spanning disputes, regulatory matters, contracts and transactions, and is engaged by a variety of clients including public authorities, infrastructure owners and providers, manufacturers, and end users. Torben Waage leads the group and advises on contracts, licenses, business relationships and regulatory matters; he also assists clients with dispute resolution and is a certified mediator. Søren Skibsted, who is head of the firm’s information technology group, advises on large telecoms projects, including RAN and CORE networks, as well as assisting with the outsourcing of network operations. Kristian Storgaard has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating telecoms and IT procurement contracts.
