CO:PLAY LAW‘s telecoms practice assists with mobile technology and IT agreements, as well as satellite technology matters and submarine cable systems, and works closely alongside the firm's IT practice; it also acts as counsel on all technology matters for the Greenlandic incumbent telecoms operator. The group is co-headed by ’outstanding’ managing partner Mandeep Singh Rathour, who specialises in IT and telecoms work, including handling complex contracts, outsourcings, SaaS issues and cloud matters; and Michael Brandt, who is a key contact for technology companies.

  • Advised Tusass on its agreement for the provision by Hispasat of a Satellite Gateway in Gran Canaria, Spain.
