The litigation practice at Tees Law is led from Bishop’s Stortford but its Cambridge office has significant experience in the form of senior associate Sara Stabler, who frequently handles complex, multi-party contract disputes, as well as shareholder and partnership disputes. Her team has grown with the addition of senior associate Angela Togher from Sebastians Solicitors and associate Christina Stout from Mishcon de Reya LLP. Stabler is currently handling a shareholder dispute arising from the death of a retired director.
