  • Acting for Kilverstone Trust and other Landowners who are (in conjunction with Pigeon) selling land for a residential led development of circa 5,000 houses near Thetford known as Kingsfleet. The initial three housebuilders who have bought the first three phases (Hopkins, Kier and Taylor Wimpey) are marketing and selling units.
  • Acting for U&C in its role as master developer of the new urban extension to the south of Newark, in which it has the major interest in the consortium of landowners for this site. Middlebeck is consented for 3,150 new homes, a primary school, over 2m sq ft of employment space as well as community facilities, open space and a major new southern bypass connecting the A46 to the A1.
  • Acting for the Holden Group of companies relating to their operational motor dealerships and investment properties. Acted on the acquisition of the multi-site Cecil & Larter dealership, which involved bringing the trading business into the Holden group and extracting and re-gearing the occupational properties to ensure long-term occupation.
