In particular, the firm’s development sub-team provides support to some of the UK’s largest developers on their flagship development projects. The firm also features a growing real estate finance practice. Ian Beardmore leads the team with extensive experience working in the retail, leisure, industrial and residential property sectors, while Ben Pickup specialises in complex property transactions. Ian Wilson and Sanveer Sandhu both joined the team in 2022, handling a broad spectrum of commercial property work.
