Particular specialisms of the firm include development finance, PFI projects and modular construction contracts. Team head Michael Sadler is involved in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious work, advising clients on construction and engineering contracts, professional appointments and warranties. He is supported by recently-promoted partner Mark Stubbs, who advises on construction projects across their entire lifecycle.
