Work highlights

  • Advised Boccia England on its conflict of interest policy, codes of conduct for all stakeholders involved with the charity/NGB (including athletes, officials and volunteers, Articles of Association and charity structuring, employment contracts and agreements for the provision of services; and GDPR compliance).
  • Advised Incus Performance on a services agreement for supplying Pro Livestream services to professional triathlon race events; and a proposed MoU with World Triathlon regarding potential key areas of cooperation between them in the spirit of mutual goodwill and a shared interest in the progress and growth of the sport of triathlon globally.
