Carmigniani Pérez Abogados, which offers clients assistance in civil, constitutional and commercial litigation, has further bolstered its arbitration department with the promotion of Daniel Dziouba to partner in 2022. He joins the partner-level team and practice leaders Eduardo Carmigniani and Roberto Carmigniani. Carla Cepeda, who was promoted to senior associate in February 2023, is extremely capable in arbitration, signifying the group’s wider ability to act for foreign and local clients in arbitration before the ICC and domestically. Carmigniani, who is the founder and managing partner, handles a diverse range of contentious work, including administrative disputes, complex litigation, national and international arbitration, and the enforcement of foreign judgments. Former practice co-head Hugo García Larriva moved to Bustamante Fabara in June 2023.
