- Advised AMEA Power on its partnership with the Sovereign Fund of Egypt, the Egyptian Electricity Transmission, the New and Renewable Energy Authority and the Suez Canal Economic Zone to develop a 1,000 MW green hydrogen project.
- Acted as legal counsel to the Egyptian Government, acting through the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC), the New and Renewable Energy Authority (NREA) as well as the Ministry of Finance of Egypt, on a landmark power purchase agreement signed with Saudi power and renewable energy company, ACWA Power.
