The Salvadoran dispute resolution group at Lexincorp harnesses the combined bench strength of a regional network spanning Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica to act for national, regional and multinational corporations and financial institutions involved in high-stakes litigation, arbitration and mediation, with a speciality in administrative tax litigation. The practice is headed by veteran litigator Enrique Escobar, who brings expertise in such sectors as energy and banking, and Kevin Vargas, who handles complex commercial, civil, administrative, constitutional and labour disputes.
