Advised Nissan Nordic Europe on the conclusion of an agreement with Bassadone Automotive Nordic for the transfer of Nissan’s operations in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania to Nordic Automotive Services, including advising on the process of transferring employment contracts and conducting employee information and consultation procedures.
