The finance and restructuring practice group at Roschier is best known for its expertise in handling complex lending and debt capital markets transactional work. The firm regularly advises leading banks, major Nordic corporates, and international and Nordic private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private debt investors. Johannes Ahti co-heads the team and has extensive experience in finance and debt capital market transactions, from acquisition financings to refinancing and financial restructurings. Fellow co-head Jonne Järvi often advises clients on energy and infrastructure related financing transactions, in particular wind energy financings.

Advised Tietoevry on obtaining term and credit facilities in an aggregate amount of EUR 852 million from certain Nordic banks in connection with the contemplated demerger of Tietoevry's banking business.
