Work highlights

Advised Ilmatar Energy Oy on securing long-term project financing for the significant-scale Pahkakoski wind farm from a syndicate of four lenders, including KfW IPEX-Bank, Nordic Investment Bank, BNP Paribas, and Siemens Financial Services through Siemens Bank.
Advised Northern Horizon, a specialized healthcare real estate investor, on the financing of its acquisition of a portfolio of 15 prime healthcare properties for approx. €75 million from eQ and the financing of an existing portfolio of 12 developed assets.
Advised CPC Finland Oy and its subsidiary CPC Lakarin Aurinkovoima Oy on securing 20-year non-recourse project financing with DAL Deutsche Anlagen-Leasing for the construction of the 32 MW Lakari solar plant in the City of Rauma.
