Borenius‘ leading capital markets and public M&A practice regularly advises major clients on IPOs, and first-of-a-kind public takeover matters. Additionally, the team has particular expertise assisting clients with equity and debt capital markets issuances, and related regulatory matters. Co-heading the team is Juha Koponen, who stands out for his significant experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, especially in a cross-border context.
