The team consists of practitioners working in all core areas of transactional work: Jan Örndahl and Benjamin Bade jointly lead the M&A team; Jarno Tanhuanpää heads up the transaction services team and is head of private equity and venture capital; and Pauliina Tenhunen leads the corporate governance practice.
