With strong experience in the private equity space, Borenius‘ M&A and private equity practice draws on the firm's full-service approach to assist with a wide range of cross-border and Finnish matters. The practice is co-led by experienced partners Johannes Piha, who specialises in M&A and private equity transactions; and Johan Roman, who focuses on cross-border and domestic infrastructure and energy transactions.
