  • Representing Nobina AB and its Finnish subsidiary Nobina Oy in the Court of Justice of the European Union in ongoing proceedings.
  • Representing the City of Espoo in a data protection-related dispute, where the Office of the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman, Finland's privacy regulator, in December 2021 reprimanded the City of Espoo, for deficient practices in relation to processing personal data in Espoo's schools.
  • Represented DNA Oyj against Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom in a matter where Traficom had ordered telecoms operators to make available certain information concerning the phone contract, particularly the length of a fixed contract, to the users of the phones by text message to make it easier for customers to switch to a new operator after the fixed contract expires.
