Kristiina Liljedahl has experience in domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration, frequently across the real estate, energy and the chemical industries. Represented Jyväskylän Voima Oy in a FAI arbitration before a three-member panel over a shareholder loan agreement against a former shareholder.
Represented Stockmann in a high-stakes arbitration against LähiTapiola Keskustakiinteistöt Ky, the landlord of the AINOA shopping centre in Espoo, regarding a claim of over €40m based on a premature termination of the agreement.
Representing Stockmann in a series of court disputes, where the interest at stake totals €46.5m, against Keskinäinen vakuutusyhtiö Fennia, Nordika II SHQ Oy and Tampereen Seudun Osuupankki over premature termination of agreements under the Restructuring of Enterprises Act.
