  • Represented Jyväskylän Voima Oy in a FAI arbitration before a three-member panel over a shareholder loan agreement against a former shareholder.
  • Represented Stockmann in a high-stakes arbitration against LähiTapiola Keskustakiinteistöt Ky, the landlord of the AINOA shopping centre in Espoo, regarding a claim of over €40m based on a premature termination of the agreement.

Markus Kokko
Partner Markus Kokko regularly advises major domestic and international clients on dispute resolution and corporate crime cases. Markus has in-depth experience of domestic and international corporate and commercial disputes and he has acted as lead counsel in numerous extensive cases. Markus also has an exceptional track record in handling a broad range of litigation and arbitration cases. Kristiina Liljedahl
Partner Kristiina Liljedahl advises on dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration, as well as on employment law and marketing law. Kristiina represents clients in relation to a variety of claims in domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration, including ad hoc arbitration proceedings and institutional arbitration proceedings. Her practice ranges in several business sectors and covers, for example, IT and telecommunications, international trade, mining, services and consultancy services.
Emma Niemistö
Partner Emma Niemistö advises our clients on construction and project law assignments. She focuses on major industrial and infrastructure investments, construction and engineering mandates, as well as real estate development and dispute resolution. A large part of her work also includes advisory services relating to EPC(M) projects, under the FIDIC suites or similar international forms of contracts. Emma has long-standing experience in negotiating and drafting complex project agreements and providing risk and claims management advice relating to our clients’ critical projects and strategic investments. She benefits from her unique technical background in her advisory role; with a Master of Science degree in Construction Economics and Management from the Helsinki University of Technology, she draws from her understanding of project management and industrial/technical processes to get a strong handle on contract risks in demanding projects.
