The employment practice at Hannes Snellman (Finland) assists clients from various business sectors on all aspects of employment law ranging from drafting employment agreements and advising on internal employment policies to pay equity disputes, the employment aspects of transactions, restructurings, employment-related investigations, and employment disputes. The practice group is co-led by Johanna Haltia-Tapio, who focuses on executive contracts and the related terminations, and transactional work; and Anders Bygglin, who specialises in employment litigation with sensitive criminal aspects.
