Serving a diverse client roster, the IP team at Roschier is well equipped to handle a wide range of IP issues, from identification, acquisition, and registration to enforcement of patents. The team has a strong understanding of patents, trade marks, copyrights, and trade secrets and is also skilled in IP licensing, conducting IP audits and due diligence. In addition to advising on the development of effective IP strategies and addressing anti-counterfeiting and parallel import issues, the team boasts expertise in complex IP litigation. Department head Rainer Hilli excels in patent litigation and regulatory disputes for high-profile corporations. Mikko Manner has a particular focus on copyright litigation, while Johanna Flythström is frequently consulted for IP and technology licensing and commercialisation matters.
