On the construction side, the group handles various property development and construction matters, and has also been involved in construction litigation. The practice is jointly led by Christoffer Charpentier, who advises clients on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, with a specific focus on real estate transactions and projects including environmental, energy and infrastructure matters; and Mathias Lindqvist, who covers both domestic and complex cross-border transactions alongside general corporate and real estate advice.
