The work of Borenius‘ IP and technology department encompasses tech transactions, health data and digital health solutions, regulatory and compliance and privacy matters. The group works with both public and private sector clients, such as technology growth companies, Finnish healthcare providers and financial sector clients. Erkko Korhonen and Samuli Simojoki jointly lead the team. Korhonen focuses on ICT and other technology transactions, such as outsourcing, technology deliveries and implementation; cloud computing contracting and software and application development projects while Simojoki comfortably handles venture capital transactions and technology deals.
