- Advised Loomis AB in the negotiation with Automatia’s key customers regarding long-term service contracts that included matters regarding use of data, and rights and obligations of the parties in respect of the data produced and processed.
- Advised a multinational insurance company in a big ticket dispute regarding the delivery of a SAAS system. The dispute was resolved in arbitration proceedings under the rules of the Finland Arbitration Institute and involved complex technical and legal issues.
