The intellectual property and technology department at DLA Piper Finland Attorneys Ltd assists clients with a varied caseload covering technology, ICT, outsourcing, commercial contracts, digital services, privacy as well as dispute resolution. The team is jointly led by Markus Oksanen and Sami Rintala. Oksanen advises clients on IT procurement and outsourcing transactions, public procurement processes, technology licensing, and privacy and data protection, while Rintala focuses on ICT, technology, cloud services, privacy, cybersecurity, sourcing and outsourcing.
