Mourant Ozannes’s Hong Kong practice sees Paul Christopher sitting as the Asia managing partner and head of the corporate and investment funds team there. Danielle Roman chairs the banking and finance group in Hong Kong with notable experience in fund financing mandates, while Justine Lau heads up the litigation, restructuring, and insolvency offering. Global practice lead for finance and corporate work Simon Lawrenson is another key name in the Hong Kong office. Cross-border restructurings, security enforcements, and liquidations form a key part of Claire Fulton‘s practice. In Mourant’s London office, managing partner Alex Last boasts particular expertise in investment funds, especially fund formation, being the firm’s global co-head of this practice area.
