Through its international network of offices and notably its London office, the firm is able to provide French and UK law expertise. The Parisian banking and finance transactional team mainly focuses on corporate, acquisition and asset finance deals, assisting leading French banks, investment funds and corporations, regularly assisting with complex large LBO financing and tender offer financing deals while also advising on ESG loans in the real estate sector. The team is jointly headed by the excellent Eric Cartier-Millon, who is a reference for LBO and acquisition finance deals, Nathalie Benoit , who is also another key member in that field, and Laetitia Lemercier and Farah El-Bsat, who have a strong focus on asset and real estate finance.
