Advised CACIB and the lenders on the EUR 1.7bn refinancing of the debt of Idex group.
Advising the lending banks, led by BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Crédit Industriel et Commercial and Natixis, in connection with the proposed simplified public takeover bid for the shares of SII Group.
