The litigation practice regularly acts in cases linked to the firm’s thriving real estate, restructuring and antitrust practices. It is currently acting in high-stake antitrust follow-on and debt restructuring judicial proceedings. The practice’s caseload also includes challenging commercial and corporate disputes, while IP, securities and product liability litigation is also dealt with. The team is co-headed by Barbara Levy, real estate expert Paul Talbourdet and the talented  Alexandre Vermynck who joined the firm late 2023, bringing further strength to the practice.
