APG houses a very solid litigation practice its team has notable credentials in dealing with a large array of cases and tackling high-stakes regulatory disputes that combine competition, distribution and commercial issues. The team's caseload also includes product liability and commercial disputes, and increasingly pos- M&A disputes on behalf of private investors and investment funds and concerning startups.  Its client base is diverse and includes leading companies and SMEs.
