Latham & Watkins handles a range of cases including complex commercial disputes and cross-border matters. The team is regularly retained by top investment funds to assist with heated shareholders’ conflicts, as well as acting for pharmaceutical companies in commercial and corporate disputes. The group, which also acts for a number of mutual insurance companies and various French and international corporations, also handles cases dealing with regulatory, IT and fraud issues. The practice is co-headed by Fabrice Fages and Myria Saarinen, with counsel Elise Auvray providing key support.
