- Representing 15 of the more than 50 defendants – members of families owning the most powerful groups of companies in the Turkish economy (in the energy, telecommunications, media and construction sectors) – against allegations of spoliation.
- Representing the Consortium de Réalisation (CDR) in the Adidas case against Bernard Tapie, his group of companies and their liquidators, in order to enforce the Paris Court of Appeal decision of December 3, 2015, confirmed by the Supreme Court in May 2017, ordering to repay €404 million plus arbitration costs and interests.
