- Successfully represented the Republic of Gabon in obtaining the setting-aside by the Paris Court of Appeal of a EUR135m ICC arbitral award that had been rendered in favour of Groupement Santullo-Sericom in November 2019.
- Successfully represented Jordan Phosphate Mining Company in obtaining a decision from the Paris Court of Appeal in November 2021, entirely rejecting the adverse party’s setting-aside challenge to an ICC 2019 Final Arbitral Award in favour of the client.
