Work highlights
- Advising CITEO (which is the largest eco-organization in the household packaging waste sector) on the context of ongoing strategic discussions with the State, on the evolution of the role and regulatory missions of eco-organisations for household packaging.
- Representing USAN before the Administrative Court of Lille in defense of two decrees issued by the Prefect of the Nord department, one declaring the project to create two flood expansion zones (ZEC) in the Terdeghem commune to be in the public interest (DUP), and the other granting USAN an environmental permit for their construction.
