  • Representing Arcelormittal Méditerranée, operator of a vast steel plant in Fos (Southern France), in a challenging lawsuit initiated by residents in the surrounding area who claim that four industrial operators in the area are degrading air quality and harming their health.
  • Representing Recylex in a €95m litigation case against French railway network company SNCF Réseau for claims of damages to tunnels and the railway line allegedly caused by pollution generated by industrial sites formerly operated by Recylex and RETIRA (subsidiary of Total and co-defendant).
